What is Notion?

Notion is a powerful all-in-one productivity tool that combines note-taking, task management, and collaboration features in a single platform.

What are Notion templates, and how do they work?

Notion templates are pre-designed layouts or structures created to streamline various workflows, from project management to personal organization. 

I'm new to Notion, how do I get started?

Visit the Notion website and sign up for a free account by providing your email address and creating a password. You can also sign up using your Google account.

Do I need to download a Notion app to use my Notion template?

No, you do not need to download anything to use Notion templates. Notion is a web-based application, which means you can access it directly through your web browser.


Notion also offers desktop and mobile apps for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. While these apps provide additional features like offline access and native integration with your device’s ecosystem, they are not necessary to access or use Notion templates. You can use Notion entirely through your web browser if you prefer.

How do I duplicate Notion template?

Choose a template from Plannernari and click download.  You will also receive an email containing a Notion template link.

To duplicate the template into your own workspace, look for the “Duplicate” button. It’s usually located in the upper-right corner of the template page. Click on the “Duplicate” button to create a copy of the template in your Notion workspace
