I’ve been using Notion for a few years now, and I’m obsessed with it. I use it for all sorts of things in my personal and professional life.

- Local storage & offline work mode: Notion stores a cache version of users’ workspace and recent information on their devices for offline access. This cached data allows users to view and edit their information without an internet connection.
- Automatic syncing: When users have an internet connection, Notion automatically syncs their data across devices. This ensures that their latest changes are saved to the cloud and available for offline access.
- Flexibility: Notion provides a flexible workspace for organizing diverse types of information, such as text, tables, checklists, to-do lists, calendars, files, media, and diagrams.
- Collaboration: Notion allows multiple users to work together in real time on documents, databases, and projects. Users can share pages, assign tasks, and leave comments.
- Customization: Notion allows users to create their own workspaces, organizing information in a way that suits their needs.
